Image taken from Stock.XCHNG site ( Original Photo by Joumana Medlej A.k.a alpaca)I made the pagoda a lot larger, and took the rest of the stuff out. and well.. you can see the result.
Please, FULL VIEW, it looks fuzzy when small, cuz i had to resize it a lot.

I don't see the justification for fragmenting the pagoda, or see any message that is trying to be delivered. The way the pagoda is cut apart it looks very misaligned, even though I understand that the pieces are parallel, but with the angles it appears disjointed. Also, the only text is the word "WAR", but where is the correlation behind a pagoda (a symbol of peace) and the word WAR. Also, what is the reasoning behind the font choice?
The dark squares are also quite distracting. Was this just something to show that you can cut up a stock photo? or is there a commercial application for the image?
I'm sorry to come accross as so critical, but I hope it inspires you to reexamine the idea and work to improve it.
